We believe every donor, volunteer, and neighbor deserves a clear view of how resources move through our pantry. Here is how we hold ourselves accountable year after year.
Independent audit
Our financials are reviewed annually by an independent CPA firm, with results shared publicly through our IRS Form 990 filings.
92¢ to programs
For every dollar donated, 92 cents goes directly to food, distribution, and neighbor-facing programs — well above nonprofit benchmarks.
Wholesale leverage
Because we buy at food-bank wholesale pricing, $1 becomes about 4 meals on a family's table — multiplying every gift we receive.
Board oversight
A volunteer board of local community members reviews financials quarterly and approves the annual budget and audit.

IRS Form 990s are freely available through the IRS, Charity Navigator, and GuideStar for anyone who wants to review them.
Donor privacy
We never sell, rent, or share donor information. Neighbor visits are confidential and protected by our privacy policy.
Where we are headed
- Expand the Weekend Backpack Program to two additional schools.
- Open a third Mobile Pantry route in southern Barron County.
- Build a permanent walk-in cooler to triple fresh produce capacity.
- Launch a SNAP application assistance clinic in partnership with county human services.
- Pilot a community garden expansion with three local schools.
